Deanne Cain Fischlein

Deanne has practiced law in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she has specialized in family law matters for more than 20 years. She is a solo practitioner and the owner of Deanne M. Cain, P.C. Deanne received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1993. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Finance Applications.

She has been a member of the Family Law Section of both the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations since 1994. Deanne was the chair of the Family Law Section of the El Paso County Bar Association from 2008 to 2010. She has been a member of the Ben S. Wendelken Inn of Court since 2005 and was a pupilage group leader for the 2007 through 2011 seasons. She was also a member of the American Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and served as Treasurer of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Fraternity. Deanne has served on the Board of Directors for Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity since 2013.

Deanne is very happily married to Fred Fischlein and, between them, they have four children in their blended family. She enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving and skiing vacations with her family, riding her motorcycle, running, working out, and reading fitness and health periodicals and all kinds of novels and documentaries.
